To help everyone maintain these standards, Bacon provides support teams for contractors and businesses to coach them in how to make the most of their marketplace experience. Opportunities are driven by marketplace engagement and feedback.
Bacon reserves the right to deny any contractor or business access to the platform for any reason. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the following behaviors related to engagement in the Marketplace and on shifts:
Theft or destruction of property
Fraud
Substance use or intoxication
Harassment
Violent, aggressive behavior, or threats
Repeated and sustained poor conduct
Any violations of these zero tolerance behaviors will result in a permanent ban from the marketplace. If you see any violations, please report them immediately to the shift supervisor, if appropriate, and the Bacon support team at support@baconinc.com.
